These can cover core skills like people management, presentation skills, impact and influence, performance management and more. The training is delivered in a variety of ways. These include one-to-one coaching, class based activities, projects, senior level expert seminars and mentoring.
For senior level management we provide one-to-one coaching where you can have a sounding board for your ideas and issues. For some Finance roles we’ll support your CIMA studies. We also support IT roles with up-to-date training and qualifications.
