Store Management roles are: Store Manager, Sales Manager, Food Services Manager, Visual Manager, Loss Prevention Manager and Selling Support Manager.
You can drive your own development and we’ll give you all the support we can. For Supervisors we provide core skills training such as Time Management and Commercial skills, Assertiveness and People Management.
There are clear development paths within the business and we have a range of programmes to support your development. In store-based roles, you can move from Sales Adviser to Store Manager, as well as opportunities coming up to move to Head Office. To develop your career you may be required to move locations throughout the UK.
